Our career management services are results-oriented. We provide a solid professional base of effective job development strategies, or job search strategies depending on the specific needs of individuals and organisations. Our services are personalised, and the objective is to help people identify and achieve their career goals, whether it is a new position, career change, entrepreneurship, consulting, partial or full retirement.

Process
We offer individual consultations or group workshops to both job seekers, and managers of people. The emphasis alters depending on the needs of the individual(s) but can be broadly categorised as follows:

Career Services for individuals (singly or in groups via workshop format)

Career Services for Managers (singly or in groups via workshop format)

To retain motivated employees, staff must be able to see a natural progression to their career. This requires managers who can help their employees establish career plans and serve as effective mentors.

  • Monitoring, counseling, and coaching skills for employees

  • Employee Development Programmes and their rationale

As a result of these workshops, manages will be able to:

  • Create employee training and development plans
  • Identify effective approaches for serving as mentors or coaches
  • Help employees identify sources of learning to improve skills and/or obtain further information on career development
