Well established with Sterling HR Outsourcing, Thairone has formed strong and long lasting relationships with many clients here in the Manawatu including Toyota NZ, Massey University and UCOL, NZ Pharmaceuticals, PNCC and Enable NZ to name but a few.

Thai works across the company delivering expert solutions for Permanent Recruitment, Outplacement, Career Management, Professional Development, Coaching and Training.

Before making New Zealand his new home in 2006, Thairone built his career in the UK working with companies including Avis Rent A Car Ltd, Reebok International and G.E. Capital, even spending a summer season working as a Holiday Representative on the Balearic Island of Ibiza, a role which in every aspect developed his Customer Relationship skills to their peak.

He stumbled upon his current occupation when registering with a Recruitment agency in the UK. Whilst working with Office Angels Recruitment Consultants he was ranked 11th place in the UK New Career Consultant of the Year league tables.

"I have discovered my working vocation" he says. "Being able to provide a quality service to both Client and Candidate is truly rewarding." Having been a client himself, Thairone understands the importance of investigating and analysing a company’s recruitment requirements to ensure the right match is made, first time.
