Rachael Hurren, HR Systems Administrator

Rachael is our HR Systems Administrator. She delivers services across our business including recruitment, psychometric assessment, outplacement support and provides HR consulting support working closely with our clients.

After graduating from the University of Canterbury with an Honours degree in Psychology Rachael has had a diverse working background. She is particularly interested in what drives and motivates people and in behavioural change.

Prior to working at Sterling, Rachael was based in Christchurch and worked for Manpower, an international HR and recruitment company. Passionate about seeing companies and individuals reach their potential Rachael has excelled in the HR and recruitment industry by taking a genuine interest in people and working with their natural passions and drives, whether they are employers or employees.

She is excited about getting to know the Manawatu region and the people that call it home.
