Andree Workman, Managing Director

Andrée joined the team at Sterling HR Outsourcing in March 1999 and bought into the Company in 2003. She oversees the recruitment and administrative functions in the Company. Andrée is responsible for the recruitment and placement of executive permanent positions in a wide range of disciplines including Accounting, Sales, IT, HR, General Management and Marketing. Her breadth of experience also allows Andrée to add value to consulting projects that involve process improvement and require change management. In addition she is responsible for the psychometric assessment services of the Company.

Prior to her joining Sterling HR Outsourcing Andrée worked for Toyota New Zealand Ltd in both their Customer Relations and Budget and Treasury departments. Andrée is committed to providing excellent customer service and believes in establishing long-term relationships with Company clients so that she can learn more about their business and staffing needs. With Andrée's experience, the Company has strengthened its focus on service and standards of delivery.

Originally from Auckland, Andrée has spent several years living in different countries around the world. On her return to New Zealand, Andrée attended Massey University where she completed a Bachelor of Business Studies in Management and a Master of Business Studies in Human Resource Management, endorsed in Communication Management.
