Alison Baker, HR Systems Manager

Alison has recently joined our team as HR Systems Manager after working for a thriving local accounting firm where she increased her skill set in senior administration management and human resources.  She has a passion for improving business processes and an extensive knowledge of office systems.

Prior to her returning to Palmerston North, Alison lived in London for 5 years where she worked for CB Richard Ellis, the largest international real estate services firm in the world.  As Personal Assistant to the Executive Director of Investment in the West End of London, Alison provided support to colleagues and clients at the highest level, assisting in the smooth transaction of tens of millions of dollars worth of property each year. 

Staying true to London’s work hard play hard culture Alison made the most of her “big OE” with adventures to far away places such as India, Africa and many of Europe’s hot-spots. 

Alison has a Bachelor of Leisure Studies from the University of Waikato, and has completed a Pay & Personnel Legislation course with the Employment Law Training Organisation.

Alison’s work and life experiences make her a popular choice for HR outsourcing services.  She enjoys the challenge of improving productivity through people and achieves effective solutions which exceed client’s expectations.
